A new phone scam appears to be preying on people’s hopes of enjoying reduced COVID restrictions once they are fully vaccinated
Meantime, thousands of people have been receiving scam messages since August about fake missed calls or voicemails.
The Commissioner for Consumer Affairs, Dini Soulio, joins Jennie Lenman to share information about the latest scams and what consumers can do to protect themselves.
