Montgomery County sued over pending sale of cemetery where slaves are buried

For several years, Montgomery County and developers have tried to build a parking garage and self-storage facility on a site where relatives say slaves are buried. Matt Small of WTOP News reports a lawsuit now aims to stop construction.
