Is it a great time to buy rental properties and park your money as a safe-haven against hyper-inflation and a potential economic bubble being created? Or is it a terrible time to be a landlord as the federal, state, and local governments all continue to make it difficult to be a landlord? Two factions have emerged the past year with very difficult perspectives on real estate investing, and in this episode we evaluate each of them.
