Political analysts say IO split will further delay security arrangement implementation

Two political analysts who spoke to Radio Miraya's Sebit William say, the recent split within the SPM/A – IO will further delay the implementation of the security arrangements.
Abraham Kuol Nyon  says it is a blow to security sector reform specially the training and expected graduation as well as unification of forces.

On his part, the Chairperson of South Sudan civil society forum Jame Kolok says the split within the SPLA-IO is a consequence of the delay in the unification of forces.
