There is nothing nicer than enjoying a little tart as a treat and even better when it can be enjoyed by the sea.  Join Karen Morton as she explores the city of Brighton and Hove to learn about cook books that transport you to Italy and other Summer style reads as recommended by Julie Haylett owner of one of the two book shops dedicated to food in the UK.  Karen has a wonderful time in the class room with Daniel Wade taking a taste test as part of a new initiative for primary school children in an effort to tackle the alarming rise in obesity in children.  Award winning chef Steve Edwards talks about a new and exciting version of his restaurant Etch opening in September.
