Ep 161 Nicole Austin and the mystery of the Tennessee Bourbon
Episode 161, Jun 25, 2021, 08:00 AM
The war rages on in the great Tennessee Whiskey Bourbon debate.
For decades it has largely been a debate on one particular Tennessee Whiskey, Jack Daniels.
Well enter Player 2.
The genius mind that is Nicole Austin, General Manager and Head Distiller are George Dickel has led the charge in releasing the new 8yr. George Dickel Bourbon. A Bourbon Labeled product from George Dickel for the first time in decades is challenging the notion that Tennessee whiskey is NOT bourbon.
Well of course it is.
This week I sit down with Nicole to discuss the new product and to hit the discussion head on and hopefully in a way that has not yet been done before.
A good time was had by all.
