Another Accessible Bank Note Hits The Streets

UK sight loss charity has worked with the Bank of England to create a brand new, accessible, £50 note.

The new release will have contrasting colours, text that is easier to read and new tactile markers, to make it easier for blind people to identify.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to David Clarke, RNIB's Director of Services, to learn more about the collaboration and how the new note compliments other polymer notes.
