Connect Voices Round-Up 23 June 2021

Charlotte Jones, RNIB's National Involvement Coordinator shares the latest opportunities for blind and partially sighted people to get involved in.

Opportunities highlighted this week included:

Request for blind and partially sighted people in the Reading area to help with testing the digital emergency warning system, a fully funded opportunity for 7 unemployed visually impaired people in Northern Ireland through RNIB's Eye Work Too programme, and finally, if you complete self-assessment returns you could help HMRC as RNIB’s Tax Advice Service Team are working with HMRC to find participants for their upcoming sessions on completing self-assessment returns.
