Negotiating... with your spouse

Episode 69,   Jun 23, 2021, 09:15 AM

There is a lot of negotiation that happens in a real estate transaction, but sometimes the hardest is having to "negotiate" with those closest to you. Unfortunately, rarely do spouses, partners, or children and parents see eye-to-eye on what everyone's real estate needs and wants are and whether they can be afforded. Naturally, as a result of this disagreement, a negotiation of sorts ensues between family members. What's the best way to navigate this very personal negotiation? In this episode, Stan discusses a few ways to approach communicating and finding middle ground with your spouse, partner, etc. in the home-buying process.
