Group Therapy: The House With Strings Attached

She and her husband are looking for a house. Her in-laws said they would sell them the house they've lived in for 30 years & her husband grew up in. They'll sell without a realtor and for more than $50k under the market value BUT they can't change anything w/ the house! Worth it?
