Thursday is The Wake Up Call's Pet Project with BARC...Bendigo Animal Relief Centre...this week let's hear from our special guest herself!
'Hey everyone, I'm Potato! Arguably everyone's favourite vegetable I am sure to wow you with how versatile my knowledge of potato. Did you know there is 4,000 varieties of potatoes! A potato is 80% water. The name potato comes from the Spanish word patata, and in English that means POTATO!... I think I'm getting off track here but who doesn't love a good potato fact!
Anyway, I found my way to BARC with my 4 kittens: Garlic, Pumpkin, Radish & Fenel (I think someone at BARC was really hungry the day they named us... ). My kittens have all been adopted and now I’m hoping someone will give me a new home.
I am a young and vivacious girl who has a real zest for life! My personality is just delightful and I am really more of a sweet potato...
I would make a great addition to almost any home or family, but if you have young children I would very much like to meet them first.. you know, just to make sure that we mash...
