The History of Clarendon

The Clarendon Museum is commemorating 175 years since European Settlement this SA History Month.

The famous Morphett family settled and established the first fruit trees in SA in the Adelaide Hills town.

The town also took part in a sewerage project during drought in the 1890s, which was considered the greatest engineering feat of its time.

Joining Jennie Lenman for a history lesson is Chair of the museum, Brad Pickford and member of the museum Pru Fowles.
