He did not finish, his entry #58 is for a "BMW 328".[1] This car (in this picture) is a Fiat 1100 chassis, with a cycle-fendered custom body and the engine from a BMW 328 that Rovelli crashed at Piacenza in 1947.[2] This car was soon sold to Aldo Clocchiatti of Udine.
