Environmental Vandalism on Hindmarsh Island

Four significant trees appear to have been poisoned by vandals on Hindmarsh Island.

Richard Owen, Hindmarsh Island Landcare Group project manager, says the incident follows other examples of environmental vandalism on the island in the past 12 months.

He joins Jennie Lenman to discuss the issue and to also talk about the extraordinary work his group has been doing to restore the island to its former glory with hundreds of thousands of native plants.
