First partially sighted CEO of Oxfordshire association for the Blind

The first ever Partially Sighted CEO has been appointed at the Oxfordshire Association for the Blind, RNIB Connect Radio's Ellie Marsh caught up with him to find out what some of his aims are for his time as CEO.
