Anataban: Consider putting speed limits in the city of juba.

Anataban has called for the setting up of speed limits on roads within Juba city and other towns to reduce loss of life through traffic accidents. 

Speaking to radio Miraya this morning, organization’s co-founder Jacob Bul further says traffic police should be thoroughly scrutinizing people applying for driver’s licenses. Bul who condemned yesterday’s arrest of peaceful protestors in Juba, says the youth had genuine concerns to which they were peacefully demanding to be heard. The protestors were later released.
