New One Stop Contact Centre For Guide Dogs UK

UK charity Guide Dogs has launched a new central number and email contact service called Guideline. 

The single phone number and email address will send all enquiries to a specially trained team of experts to answer all calls and enquiries.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Louise Belsom, from Guide Dogs, to learn more about Guideline and what it means for customers, old and new.
