Angel Maxine is Ghana’s first transgender musician and she joins Roshan to talk about her experience of living in Ghana after the recent closure of the LGBT+ centre in Accra. They cover a variety of topics including: attitudes towards homosexuality in Ghana, understanding her own identity, the pressure that comes with being open about her sexuality, being set-up and having to flee her home.
