Group Therapy: She Wants Another Baby

He was contacted by an ex he had a one night stand with that resulted in her delivering his baby. Well it's been 4 years and she wants to have another kid with him, but only so they can be siblings with the same dad. He has no contact with her now and is wondering what to do.
