Feb 08, 2021, 03:04 PM

Hi Beauties!

Heart disease is often thought to be more of a problem for men. However, heart disease is the nation's number one leading killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year, with the two most common types of Heart Disease conditions being coronary heart disease and heart attacks. Because some heart disease symptoms differ from those in men, women often don't know what to look for; about half of all people in the U.S. (47%) have at least one risk factor. In this week's Five Minute Friday on Beauty Bytes: Secrets of a Plastic Surgeon, I discuss the symptoms and risk factors to reduce their risks and living a healthy lifestyle that can keep heart disease at bay. Tune in to hear the remaining symptoms and risk factors of heart disease and how to prevent them! Take the next step to providing structure to your body! If you have a question for something you’d like covered on the podcast, feel free to send me a DM or email info@beautybydrkay.com and I’d be happy to respond!
