Self-care is an important topic, and in today’s episode, we discuss chronic stress and pain management, utilizing deep breathing and meditation to facilitate deep rest and healing with Laura Foulds, M.S., LMFT, RYT whom I refer to regularly for patients to help them recover from the injury of inflammation that can cause mood disorders, stress and anxiety.


Together we will discuss chronic stress, chronic inflammation and chronic pain and how deep breathing techniques, specifically that of alternate nostril breathing has helped me, Dr. Liza Leal, your @everydayhealthHacker improve sleep even though we average only 5-6 hours a night, with a little as 4 hrs during this pandemic.
