Tony Jeffries is a 2008 Olympic bronze medalist whose career in the ring was cut short by hand injuries.

He experienced a lot in his relatively brief pro career and after initially struggling to accept the end he embraced a new life after fighting, moving to Los Angeles, becoming a coach and social media influencer while training top fighters and celebrities including Robbie Williams, Deontay Wilder and Connor McGregor.
