You Can Help Make Test & Trace Kits More Accessible.
Season 1, Episode 643, Jan 25, 2021, 10:00 AM
UK sight loss charity RNIB is working with the Department for Health and Social Care but need your help.
They are looking for blind and partially sighted people to help them to make the Covid-19 test kits more accessible for people with sight loss.
2020 saw some improvements to the kit, thanks to RNIB's sample group who fed back their thoughts on the whole process of self testing.
However, they are looking for more of you to get involved to help make further improvements.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Mike Wordingham, from RNIB, to learn more about the tests and how you can get involved, between now and February 12th 2021.
You can get in touch for more info, or to take part, by going to www.rnib.org.uk/campaigns
Or call the RNIB Helpline on 0303 123 9999.
