Andrew and Jackie win £1000 Cash for Christmas in Canterbury

kmfm has given another Kent listener £1,000 for Christmas.

Their competition 'Cash For Christmas' invites listeners to enter via text or online to win the prize money that will be paid into their bank account before Christmas Day. There is no question or final rounds, simply one listener is chosen at random to win.

The money is to help pay for the festive period and also take away some of the pressure that sometimes comes with this time of the year.

Andrew Semen in Canterbury has become winner number two. He took the call from Rob Wills during kmfm Drivetime while tiling the floor. His wife, Jackie who realised what was going on soon came on the phone to express her excitement.

She says there is "so much" they can do with the money such as spending it on their Grandchildren and daughter in law at Christmas as well as clear some bills.
