This week André Langlois chats with Tom Molnar, co-founder and CEO of Gail’s Bakery. Since opening its first branch in Hampstead in 2005, Gail’s has expanded and now has around 60 outlets in the London area. We talk about the value of quality bread, the pressure the pandemic has put on food producers and how getting around on a skateboard helps Tom do his bit for the environment.
