Wim Hof is known all over the world as the Iceman and is followed by millions of people. He created The Wim Hof Method which is a simple, yet powerful method, based on Breathing, Cold Therapy and Commitment.

In his book, The Wim Hof Method, Activate Your Full Human Potential he explains how we can heal our body, reach optimal performance and reconnect with nature.

I was honoured to talk to Wim about so many things on this podcast. The benefits of cold showers, how we can heal, how we can invest in ourselves every single day.

I tell him that so many people here in Ireland have turned to the sea during Covid and we discuss how beneficial this can be for our health.
