Devonport Cup to go ahead, but with a reduced crowd

The Devonport Cup will go definitely go head on January 6, but will only be able to cater for half its regular crowd due to COVID-19 restrictions.
This is despite The Premier hinting that allowable outdoor crowd sizes could be increased to 5000 early next year.
