Social connection is an integral way to increase your mental and physical health.

By escaping chronic loneliness, we give our brains a fighting chance against Alzheimers and other cognitive conditions, while improving overall wellbeing.

It may seem tricky as frequent patterns of thought and behaviour can be addictive, but we each have the capacity to rewire our brains for good.
