Its fair to say our Sam has a crush on Phumza Maweni, he can be heard most Lightning games shouting her name when she pulls off a miraculous intercept or turnover.... he would protest and say he merely appreciates her athleticism, either way she is a star and racks up her 100th National league game this weekend in the preliminary final against the Perth Fever, sadly the game didn't go the way of the Lightning ending their season. Nonetheless we couldn't be any more proud of the team and indeed Phumza who has had a stellar season.
