We support young carers, hospital patients and at risk pupils in London.

We were extremely lucky to have the opportunity to speak to Wol Kolade,

Wol Kolade is the managing partner of London-based private equity firm Livingbridge, They have just launched their 100 Black interns campaign, which offers internships in finance to people of colour.

Wol spoke to us openly about his journey growing up discussing how it felt moving to the UK after living in multiple countries, going to boarding boarding school and also experiences he has encountered racism/prejudice and the times that he has confronted that and why. 

It was a really open and frank discussion in which Wol took the time to share insights from his life and career journey, And also expertly answered our questions and gave our young people advice about future careers.
