Strath Op Shop In Limbo as Site Bulldozed for Aged Care Facility

While siteworks are well underway for a new $11.4 million Strathalbyn Aged Care Facility upgrade, the Strathalbyn Opportunity Shop is in limbo.

The community-run organisation has raised more than a million dollars for the local hospital and nursing home in its 24 years on High Street and was set to move to the old Kalimna residence by Christmas, but the space is no longer a viable option.
