Best Practice Guide Gives Retailers Confidence Supporting Visually Impaired Customers.

Sight loss charity RNIB has created a Best Practice Guide for several commercial sectors, assisting them to provide a safe and welcoming service while Covid-19 restrictions exist.

The guidance is evolving to include new sectors, as restrictions and social distancing rules change.

RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Gareth Davies, from RNIB, and Daniel Donnelly, from the Federation of Small Businesses, in Northern Ireland to learn more about the advice and why the FSB is supporting the guidance.
