Episode 26: Introducing ConnectWise

ConnectWise is a service ticket management system, that is used to log issues, queries and requests. We've recently introduced it in our technical support department and on this episode Stuart is joined by Sight and Sound Technology's James Everson, Ruth Gallagher-Carr and Ash Cross, to tell us all about it and explain how it will greatly improve the service we can provide to our customers.
