Robert Chae and his wife Janice worked hard to achieve the American dream. Together they built up their mom and pop beauty supply store in Philadelphia, PA to great heights. Eventually they were able to afford a sprawling home in the suburbs and give their children the life they dreamed they once could. However on the morning of January 9, 2009 everything they worked decades to achieve was stolen from them.
