Chris Colbert is a student of The Royal National College for the Blind and this year decided to put his time in lockdown to good use and train for an upcoming strongman competition: England's Most Powerful Man 2020.
Through it he's raising awareness about the benefits of accessible gym equipment as well as funds for a much needed upgrade at his college student gym.
Chris spoke with RNIB Connect Radio's Paulina Kuchorew.
