It is no different for the employer - they want to put their best foot forward in welcoming the new entrants putting their first foot forward, they want to showcase the organization in the best light possible, they want to let the new employees know about the rules of the organization while also fostering the new joiners creativity and independent thinking.
Making this a smooth journey for both parties is a challenge HR and internal communications teams face across the world. However, it needn't be arduous, and it certainly doesn't need to be boring.
