Ankush Shah and Ashwini Shah are MBA graduates from Mumbai. In Kandivali, an aunt was driving a Pohe Upma cart on the road for her husband's illness. Ankush Ashwini used to come every morning at 4 am to help his aunts to make Pohe Upma and at 10 am he used to go to his office again. Now they have started an outlet called Annapurna where they are working to empower four needy women financially.
