Exercise and maintaining a good level of fitness is key in preserving our physical and mental health. The last few months of lockdown have been challenging on lots of levels, but for people with sight loss, the difficulties in accessing appropriate activities to sustain a level of fitness has been particularly difficult.
 
On this week's Webinar Wednesday, we've brought a panel together to talk all things sport, exercise, and leisure activities for people with sight loss. We hear about the hugely successful park run initiatives, which have been sweeping across Ireland and the UK in the last two years.
We’re talking about how you might access your local gym post lockdown and things you may need to consider before heading off for your regular session and, we’ll meet a high performance athlete who is journeying towards Tokyo 2021 and hear how lockdown has forced him to make changes to his training routine.
