A Kent beautician says she's ecstatic to be able to welcome customers again from Monday. The government's given salons the go-ahead to reopen - but some restrictions will remain in place. Anything involving the face - like eyebrow and eyelash treatments - won't be allowed because of the risk of spreading germs. Kimberley Smith owns Purenique in Hawkhurst.
