Season 1, Episode 458,   Jul 07, 2020, 09:00 AM

With Lockdown easing across the UK, many people are looking forward to the extra freedoms it brings.

RNIB has launched it's #WorldUpsideDown campaign to highlight how sighted members of the public can help visually impaired people get around more easily and safely.
RNIB Connect Radio's Allan Russell spoke to Maureen Goodall, from Hertfordshire, to find out why even going to the shops can make her anxious and scared, at a time when many are making the most of the great outdoors.
