This is the best way to get all of the seeds out in a hurry unless one of you can prove me wrong. I've been wrong many a time before so, 'come at me bro'.
Check the end of the video for how to make your own pomegranate juice. I saw a child at a night market in Tibet using this method. He was quite understandably unhappy but there was a mountain of empty skins behind his tiny little head. Don't use your rotating citrus juicer, you'll break it with the force you'll need to get all of the seeds crushed inside and juicing freely. The mechanical advantage of the lever action does all of the work for you. Wear an apron as it gets intense.
