New Orleans singing tree reimagined by Richard Watts.
"The basis of the piece is what an Oak tree would sound like if it was really singing. I've used lots of samples from the original recording and treated them in various different ways.
"There is a pulse in the piece which is supposed to sound like the water flowing from the roots up into the branches.
"There are other sounds representing the wind in the leaves and the branches moving. Lastly I added samples of the wind chimes from the original recording."
