5 Home Selling Gimmicks That Don't Work

As real estate agents and sellers try to find more ways to one-up the competition, they are increasingly resorting to new gimmicks to try to market properties or shave down the costs of selling. Most of these gimmicks are just that - gimmicks that don't work.
