May is Mental Health Awareness month and we are wrapping it up with First Officer Clarissa Smallbone. She shares with you some of the mental battles, she has experienced during her time onboard yachts. In this episode we uncovered the hidden ways mental struggles can show up and what to do if you are facing them. The Uncensored show mission is to hold space for the ones in the yachting industry who are ready and willing, to raise awareness and give a voice to those who may be struggling to find their own. We do this by having our guests share their own experiences with topics that have been suppressed, censored, and black out for way too long.
