119 - Julie O'Brien
Apr 15, 2020, 08:10 AM
Julie is a fantastic follow on Social Media (links below) and I came across her a few months ago. Debilitating panic attacks in her twenties, postpartum anxiety and OCD in her thirties with high functioning anxiety in between. What she learned was our brain is malleable - which means it has the ability to change throughout life. And while chronic pain and anxiety aren't "in our head" they are created in the brain so how we think about the pain and anxiety directly affects our experience of it. Join Julie and I for this odyssey through her story, her recovery, and now her teaching.
