At a small park facing the entrance to a temple two ladies are out for an afternoon stroll, children cycle their bikes, and workers refurbish a roof.
Some folk have left the city for the provinces, others remain muted inside their houses, although many of those who venture out appear ambivalent. The serene atmosphere coupled with minimal restrictions is bringing a sense of false security?
