Tokyo rainy evening reimagined by T G Maher.
"A musical spoken word piece inspired by my own personal experience in Tokyo.
"The original field recording served as a conduit for my own memories, which I then combined with a musical motif that I associate with Tokyo and a piece of (unedited) poetry that I wrote during my time in the city.
"The piece is concerned with not only how cities change in physical reality, but in memory and pre-memory."
