Whistle In Murcia

Murcia soundscape reimagined by Luca Guglielmetti.
"I imagined the piece as a mental composition of a woman walking in the street. The track opens with the sound of her steps and closes with them.
"This sound is the hook to reality, the rest is in the woman's head. I tried to give the idea of a mental scenario that is created and disintegrated within a few minutes, which is what happens to me when I listen to the soundscape and mentally reimagine it.
"At first I was annoyed by the clipping of the microphones caused by the wind, but then I thought that a creative way to exploit this problem would have been to turn it into a kick drum, and so I did."
