Many blind and partially sighted people in Scotland are struggling to get important health and medical information in a format that they can read independently and in privacy.

RNIB Scotland have launched their "Communication Failure" report, highlighting the serious problems and non compliance with legislation that is there to make sure people get this kind of information in a way they can understand.
