Should non-smokers get more holiday time off work?

Should you get more holiday days, if you're a non-smoker? That's exactly what one boss in Swindon has decided to do. And it's not just for the health benefits or to incentivise staff - it's because he noticed how much time smokers were spending away from their desks on smoke breaks.
Managing director Don Bryden said that he noticed his employees who smoke can spend up to an hour each day taking cigarette breaks. Meanwhile, non-smokers in the office remained busy at their desks continuing with their work.
So - Mr Bryden has decided to start the new year with a radical new policy -
and give non-smokers 4 days a year extra off!
Is is about time employers made a move like this? Or is it a step too far?
